Stewart Strawbridge is the managing member of Exchange Street Partners in Portland, Maine, a position he has held since 2017. In this role, he acquires, manages, and develops commercial and residential real estate throughout the Portland area. His work includes overseeing development projects such as the Casco multifamily community while identifying and executing strategic real estate investment opportunities.

Since 2000, Mr. Strawbridge has also served as managing member of a private family office in Portland, Maine, where he oversees capital allocation and long-term investment strategy across a diversified portfolio.

Previously, Mr. Strawbridge co-founded the equity investment firm Selkirk Partners in 2008 and served as managing member. He brought more than a decade of experience in hedge fund and private equity capital allocation to the firm, overseeing all aspects of operations, including stock selection, portfolio construction, risk management, marketing, and third-party vendor relationships. During this period, he also maintained a portfolio of strategic real estate investments throughout the Portland, Maine, area.

A graduate of Bowdoin College, Stewart Strawbridge is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder through the CFA Institute. Beyond his professional endeavors, he has supported charitable organizations such as CURE Hydrocephalus, including co-hosting fundraising events. He is also the owner of the professional racing horse Guts for Garters and has served on the boards of organizations including the Portland Museum of Art, Lyotropics, Inc., and the Natural Resources Council of Maine.
